poor air conditioninglimited closet
I found a couple of things less than stellar! the air conditioning seemed to have a mind of its own. It barely cooled the room! also, closet space felt pretty limited. where was i supposed to put all my stylish italian clothes? definitely needed more room for storage and a/c repair.

The location was central and fit right into the neighborhood. Staff was nice. Rooms were clean, and the breakfast had enough choice.
The hotel has some steps up into the hotel. It was difficult to climb with large suitcases.

The breakfast was fresh and delicious. It included a wide variety of Italian pastries and american food. The cappuccino was AMAZING!!!

The staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations. Special thanks for their kindness. The staff accommodated holding luggage with a long wait until the ferry.
